This home makes a bold statement from every angle, starting with a 5′ x 9′ SLIM-LITE pivot door that anchors the entry with scale and simplicity. Designed to bring in natural light and connect the interior to the outdoors, the pivot door balances clean lines with everyday function. Beyond the front entry, every door and window throughout the home was custom-built by our team to match the modern design vision. Together, they create a seamless, high-performance package that elevates the entire space.

This home features a full custom steel package designed to bring both durability and beauty to everyday living. From the dining area to the kitchen, stairway, and hall, each door and window was made to fit the space with purpose. Single doors, sidelights, and carefully placed windows frame the home with light while adding clean structure to the interiors. A Study in Contrast
Built in partnership with Legend Homes, this project brings contrast to the forefront. The white brick exterior, softened with gray accents, sets a calm and clean tone. At the entry, a dark arched steel door creates a strong focal point. Inside, the contrast continues with bright walls and a deep black rectangular door that anchors the main space. Every element was chosen to balance light and depth, structure and softness, creating a home that feels intentional from every angle.

EURO-LITE Custom Shower Casement Window Unit
Partnered with Monarch Homes, this bathroom showcases Iron Lion’s EURO-LITE Casement Shower Unit, built with Swiss steel extrusions for precision and strength. The unit is custom fit into the corner and painted white to match the room’s finishes. The glass rises halfway up, offering an open feel without sacrificing privacy. Golden shower fixtures and handles add contrast against the steel frame, and the door swings open smoothly with solid weight. This shower unit highlights how Iron Lion applies high-grade steel engineering to create both durable and refined architectural elements. See photos from this project here:
Legend Homes, Parade of Homes 2022
Out of the five luxury homes, this beauty, built by Legend Homes, won overall Best of Show, Best Kitchen, Best Primary Suite, Best Elevation, and Best Craftsmanship. Entering the home, you’ll come through Iron Lion’s popular Slim Lite, 6 Lite Collection, a steel double door with side lights. Iron Lion installed a large conditioned wine unit directly off the luxury lounge and kitchen. Lastly, towards the back wing of the home, you will find a formal study featuring Iron Lion’s steel doors. This stunning home is a perfect portfolio to display some of Iron Lion’s best products. Inside the Broming House
Richard and Gloria Broming are a retired married couple from Laguna Beach, California. In 2016, they purchased 21 acres of land in Leiper’s Fork and did a major, “farmhouse-industrial” renovation on the property’s barn. That project was featured in the Wall Street Journal and Mansion Global. Shortly after the barn renovation was complete the Broming’s partnered with Rill Architects (again) and together designed a stunning, modern home featuring several of Iron Lions doors and windows.

The Murphy Residence is the epitome of an Iron Lion home. Wrapped head-to-toe in steel doors and steel windows from our Euro-Lite and Slim-Lite Collections. Approaching the home, you’re greeted with a massive custom steel and glass door from the Euro-Lite collection (MTS50). In the kitchen watch the day unfold through a stunning steel casement window. Steps away from the kitchen is a beautiful bi-fold accordion door that welcomes indoor, outdoor living. You really can do it all with Iron Lion.

This estate has left no detail overlooked in the stunning Biltmore Forest community. With over 8 Iron Lion steel and wrought iron products, this estate was a significant project from start to finish.
PORTO DEL CIELO
Porto Del Cielo is luxury living at its finest, designed by C Kevin Coffey and built by Castle Homes. Iron Lion had the pleasure of installing the front door, our Slim-Lite 3-Lite series, and the two windows on each side of the front entrance. And on the way out to the pool, you’ll pass through a custom-designed sliding door.

Iron Lion completed the Franklin custom home by installing several steel doors and one steel, casement window to make the most out of indoor/outdoor living.
