We finally had our IRON LION entry door installed after a long wait – it took from September until May but I can honestly say it was worth it. From start to finish, the experience was made easier by Jackie, our sales rep, who kept us informed and helped us through the process even dealing with a specific door lock. The end result is absolutely stunning.
The installation team, Justin, Charles, and Tyler, were outstanding. They were polite, professional, and extremely courteous throughout the entire process. Their attention to detail was evident in everything they did, and they made sure to clean up thoroughly before leaving.
One thing that really stood out was their ability to identify and resolve a manufacturer issue that wasn’t their responsibility. As they unpacked the door, they discovered some broken screw heads securing the glass. Rather than passing it off, they handled the cosmetic fix on the spot, ensuring the final result was flawless.
This door was a significant investment over $11 K and each door panel weighs around 300 pounds. The quality, craftsmanship, and overall look completely transformed our entryway.
