The warranty also covers the iron door finish for a period of 5 years and glass panels for 1 year. Iron Lion Entries will repair or replace any defective product or part at our sole discretion excluding user damage and outside of regular standard use of product.
All products by Iron Lion Entries are considered “one of a kind” and may contain variations in color from any samples presented. Iron Lion Entries paint finishes will naturally age relative to exposure to natural elements and is therefore not covered by any warranty either implied or expressed. Due to frequency of use, in time, the finish may rub off in certain places. This however, for purpose of warranty is not considered a defect but a natural process that, over time, enhances the overall appearance and beauty of the metal.
Damages caused by accident, misuse, abuse or improper installation (by an unrelated party) are not covered under this warranty. This warranty does not cover damage caused by paint, acid or other chemicals. This warranty is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of the product if deemed defective, Iron Lion Entries assumes no other liability.
This warranty does not cover broken glass, improper storage, installation and maintenance, improper cleaning (use of harsh chemicals/solvents), condensation on interior iron door surfaces as a result of cold climate installation, and moisture penetration resulting from normal wear.
This warranty does not cover regular wear of weather stripping, thresholds, and door sweeps as these are not related to regular door construction. Please refer to manufacturer for warranties regarding these products. This warranty is not transferable.
This warranty does not cover tape or any other adhesive type of product that is put directly onto the door and jamb. This will subsequently void the finish warranty on our product. Iron Lion Entries products’ are finished with a nine stage automotive grade finish, and should be treated as an automobile.
All Iron door products exposed to below freezing climates may set on the interior of the door. This is not considered to be a defect with the door, and will not harm the door.
